AlgoStorm Membership
Our primary digital product, the AlgoStorm Membership, comes with a 30-day action-based money-back guarantee.
We are confident in the value of our program, and we encourage you to give it an honest effort. If you join the program, engage with the material, and feel it is not the right fit for you, you may be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, provided you meet the following conditions:
- You must have accessed and watched the core training modules within the academy.
- You must provide evidence that you have made an honest effort to apply the concepts taught (e.g., submitting your completed coursework or trade journal).
This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property while giving you a 100% risk-free opportunity to see if the program works for you. A refund will not be issued for a simple change of mind or lack of use.
To request a refund, please contact our support team via our Contact Page within the 30-day period with the required information. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
One-on-One Mentorship
Our One-on-One Mentorship service is strictly non-refundable.
Due to the live, personalized nature of this service and the significant time commitment reserved and scheduled in advance, we do not offer refunds for mentorship sessions once they have been purchased. When you book a mentorship, you are securing a dedicated time slot with an expert that cannot be easily filled by another client.
